BBCode within Postings on GoNix
We don't allow HTML (or any scripting for that matter) in any entries that'll be inserted into our database; in fact, all coding is stripped and sanatized before it even comes in contact with our database servers. We do however allow BBCode to be added to any postings so that you can retain formatting in your articles (or any other data). The BBCode will only be parsed for the "content" or "description" sections of a posting, and not for names, links, or other fields. ...
 
Do you have a mailing list?
Unfortunately, no we don't, and no we don't plan to at this time The reason for this is that most people, when tired of a newsletter, opt to "ban" or "mark as spam" versus unsubscribing from them. This can hurt site rankings, and in some cases flag legitimate site messages as spam for other users (and even utilities). In some extreme cases, some isp's sell blacklists to security companies, which in turn "block" the site as malicious content, leaving a legitimat...
 
How is The GoNix Initiative Funded?
Well, I'd love to say "fully by advertisements" that's just not true Where in some cases it can be helpful, a lot of people tend to block ad's or simply don't care about them.
